pero | |||
$i(2-i)-4\left(1+\frac{1}{4}i\right)\neq\sqrt{10}$ | |||
lo que debiste escribir era | |||

tu última igualdad está mal, coincido que
$i(2-i)-4\left(1+\frac{1}{4}i\right)=-3+i$
pero
$i(2-i)-4\left(1+\frac{1}{4}i\right)\neq\sqrt{10}$
lo que debiste escribir era
$|i(2-i)-4\left(1+\frac{1}{4}i\right)|=\sqrt{10}$
